Please read this page before booking any of the services provided.
Except where the law demands, all personal and sensitive information provided by my clients will be treated as private and confidential. Anything that is discussed during our sessions will be treated with the utmost confidence and will never be disclosed to anyone without your permission.
Payment is received upon booking a service. When you click on any of the ‘book now’ buttons on my website, it will prompt you to choose an appointment slot and then take you through the payment process. A booking cannot be made through my bookings system without immediate payment.
I am willing to carry out a session if you are up to 10 minutes late. However, the session will still end at the allocated time. If you are more than 10 minutes late for a session it will be treated as a no-show and payment will not be refunded.
If you are a no-show for a free session (i.e. a Discovery Call), you will not be allowed to re-schedule.
All bookings are binding and I do not offer refunds on my services. Part of the requirements to work with me are that you are fully ‘in’. Refund policies allow clients to maintain a one-foot-out-the-door energy, which will affect your commitment, and inevitably the outcome. Therefore, it is your personal responsibility to consider all your options before committing to a package, program or service with me.
If you find you can no longer attend an appointment, you may reschedule by providing 48 hours’ notice, and re-book the session within one week of the original appointment. If you provide less than 48 hours’ notice, rescheduling will not be available. Again, it is your personal responsibility to manage your time, and commitment to this process, as I manage my time and commitment to coaching you.
I reserve the right to refuse a service to anyone. Reasons that I may refuse you service includes, but is not limited to, intoxication (alcohol or other substances), rude or aggressive behaviour, unrealistic expectations and vague commitments. In these circumstances, a full refund is often provided.
I am able to provide some of my services to 16-17-year-olds with the signed consent of a parent or guardian (please get in touch to discuss this further). Unfortunately, I will not provide Tarot or Soul Plan Readings to anyone under the age of 16 (without exception).
I will not provide a reading for third parties as I believe this to be unethical. I can send healing to third parties; however, the healing will be sent with energetic consent attached – if the persons Higher Self does not wish to receive the healing, there is nothing I can do about this.
Gift certificates must be used within one year from date of purchase.
I do not predict the future. I provide guidance and advice according to what information I receive. Sometimes I receive more details, and other times less, this is just how it goes. I am of the firm belief that our futures are not completely set in stone and free will plays a huge part in how our lives turn out. Therefore, any information received regarding the clients future should be interpreted as speculation and not hard fact.
If you are seeking healing for a specific ailment of either the body, mind or soul, please be aware that the healing goes where it is needed most, this might not necessarily be where you think it is most needed, and thus you might not always recognise it has been received. Healing should not be a substitute for medical care.
I do not engage in anything I deem to be ‘dark magic’. This includes, but is not limited to, curses, hexes, possessions, hauntings and demons. I can, however, perform cleansing rituals of a person, belongings, or a space.
If you have a complaint about a service provided, please email me directly or through the contact page and use ‘complaint’ as the subject heading.
If you would like to write a testimonial regarding the service you received, you are able to do so on Google, Facebook, or via the contact page on my website, using ‘testimonial’ as the subject heading. I deeply value and appreciate all the support and reviews I receive.
By seeking one of my services, you acknowledge that I am not a licensed medical professional, psychologist, lawyer or financial adviser, and that my services are not to be sought as a replacement for such individuals.
Under UK law, I must state that my services are for guidance and entertainment purposes only; your decision to act upon any advice given in my sessions is your responsibility and based on your own free will.
By purchasing a service from me, you agree that you will not hold me responsible for the actions you take as a result of my services. I provide guidance, advice, and my own opinion during my sessions; it is your responsibility what you do with such information.
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you will not hold me responsible for any damage arising as a result of actions taken in response to any of my services.
